We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Due to the nature of swimwear and intimate apparel, items must be returned in clean condition free of odors, stains, pet hair, or visible wear. Yiska reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Orders over $400 are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Checkout+ Free Returns
Customers who select and pay for Checkout+ Free Returns at checkout receive complimentary return shipping on eligible returns.
If Checkout+ is not selected at checkout, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for both the cost of a new shipping label and any applicable restocking fee before the order can be reshipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To receive a different item or size, please place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact team@yiskafit.com.
